I am experimenting with physical materials and their relationship to the ephemeral world. The work promotes an observation of the cyclical: rock to river, river to banks, banks to fire, fire to rocks, repeat. Usually, my process resembles a blue collar work ethic with a monastic approach, challenging myself through durational work to reconsider the connections I perceive.
